2D/1N Orangutan Explore Overnight Houseboat

Day. 01 Airport – Kumai –Camp leaky-Rimba lodge

On arrival at Pangkalan Bun airport, meeting service then transfer to Kumai, seaport and the gate to reach National Park. Onboard, crossing Kumai river in approximately 15 minutes to reach Seikonyer river, the main river in National Park. Lunch will be served on boat by our own cook. We are riding on the boat about 2 hours to reach National Park. On the way up Sekonyer river you will see the different vegetation around the river bank like Nipah Palm, Pandanus, water lily, etc. We will visit the activities at tour to reach the highlight of National Park, Camp Leakey area. It will pass the black water river which is full natural wildlife. Here you will see birds, monkeys, fish, also if you are lucky the fresh water crocodile. Lunch will be served on boat before reach Camp Leakey at 12.00 PM. Arriving at Camp Leakey, then walk up to the camp to see the information in the information center or searching the orangutan around the camp. If we have enough time we can hike into the forest to gain information of the heterogen forest wildlife while observing some wild animal as well. We continue our tour by following orangutan feeding which is being held at 14.00. Feeders will lead us to the state platform. We will enjoy the situation till 16.00 back to the boat, downstream to Tanjung Harapan for overnight and having dinner. (L,D)

Day 02.Rimba Lodge-Pondok Tanggui-Kumai-Apt-Next destination

After breakfast on the boat then boating up the river back to Pondok tanggui the second station for the Orangutan.Observing the feeding and do foto hunting, back to the boat to have lunch. than transfer to Pangkalan Bun airport for your next destination. (B,L)
